Introduction
With the development of market economy in Myanmar in the year 1988/89 the company was being born at the same time, as an International Trading House engaging with Exporting, Importing , Hotel Business, Manufacturing of wood products and assembling of bicycles. Distributing of medical equipment and Instruments, Health Care Products, Border Trade & Construction works.
Yee Shin Limited was established in September 3, 1990 under the Certificate of Incorporation No.229/1990-91 with the Register of company And Export and Import Registration No.Hta-Tha-Ka 1506 of Ministry of Commerce, Yangon, Myanmar.

The authorized capital of the company is Kyat 100 million divided into 10,000 ordinary shares of 10,000 each 9990 shares have been allotted and paid up. The money in circulation in the business is around one billion Kyats .(Based on Government official exchange rate , 1US$ = 6 Kyats)
The company management has been running functionally such as procurement, marketing, export & import and finance and account, administration, shipping and transport, etc managed by each director.
